A PediaCard™ is the ultimate bond between education, business and the community. It is the traditional affinity discount card and fund raising program taken to the highest degree. It generates desperately needed funds for education and non-profit organizations (ENPs), and becomes an inexpensive, effective and efficient marketing tool for businesses, plus all of the benefits that it brings to the community at large.

PediaCard^™ Merchant Program:
Any merchant may become a participating PediaCard™ Merchant simply by offering any discount or promotion that is valid for 12 months for all PediaCard™ Members. The discount may be as specific as you like and the description of your product or service and your discount may be changed at any time. PediaCard™ holders have membership cards that they will present at the time of purchase. Participating merchants will receive a PediaCard™ decal to display at their business.

The PediaCard™ Program enables merchants to connect to schools and their local communities as never before. These local grassroots relationships are the MOST POWERFUL advantages that a local merchant has to compete against large, national low-price retailers moving into their neighborhoods.

The PediaCard™ Program is the ONLY marketing and advertising campaign that can pay a merchant for every ad they run. Imagine how many billboards you'd use if you got PAID a dollar for every billboard you put up! (Ask us how.)

The Merchant membership is only $40 per YEAR. There is nothing less expensive or more effective than the PediaCard™ Program. Compare that to newspapers, radio, flyers, Yellow Pages, direct mail or anything else you can possibly use.

PediaCard^™ Merchants Benefits:
1. A one-page web site in the PediaCard™ Discount Directory that describes your business, product or service.
2. A single image of your company logo or product plus two additional images of your choice.
3. Your contact information.
4. The discount or promotion that you are offering to all PediaCard™ members.
5. All merchants have the ability to log in and change their information and/or discount at any time.
6 . An email link.
7 . A web site URL link.
8 . An interactive map so customers can easily find your location.
9 . Up to 4 additional listings in related categories.

If you have already purchased your Preferred Merchant PediaCard™ you may register and create your discount page here. You will need the user name and password provided by the Business Coordinator that sold you your card.

ALL other interested merchants may purchase a Preferred Merchant PediaCard™ on line by clicking here.

Merchants also have the option of creating your own private label PediaCard™ to sell or give to your best customers as a thank you for doing business with you so every time your customers use their card to get a discount they will see your company information on the card and remember that you helped them save money on that transaction. It's like having a small billboard of your business in their wallet or purse.

All businesses with multiple locations may have up to 5 web pages per location and each may have a separate offering for PediaCard™ members. Merchants will require an annual $40 fee per location.

PediaNetwork^™ Business Directory Listing:
This is a feature on CaliforniaPedia™ to encourage fellow California residents to shop YOUR business. Businesses will be added alphabetically by categories that will be added as they become requested. Become the first in your category as a California businesses.

The CaliforniaPedia™ Business Directory comprised of businesses owned and run by California merchants who would like to do business with the residents of California. We are encouraging California residents stop in at one of the California locations, and asking them to be sure to let them know they are supporting a California business and saw your listing on CaliforniaPedia™. If you would like to add your business to this directory, the current fee is $60 a year (that's only $5 per month), and you can sign up at this secured shopping cart link.

These are the CaliforniaPedia™ Business Directory sign up instructions. If you would like to add your business to the CaliforniaPedia™ Business Directory, the current fee is $60 per year. You can select one, two, or three year options in the shopping cart to lock in the current rate.

This is a new feature on CaliforniaPedia™ and businesses will initially be added by category. Categories will be added as businesses become available.
